Paric Finishes $42 Million Indiana Retirement Community
Paric Corporation stated it completed a $42 million senior living community for the Stratford Companies in Carmel, Indiana earlier this month. The 337,000-square-foot continuing care retirement community is one of the first developments of its kind in the Indianapolis area. The development includes 172 apartments and a total of 400 rooms available to serve a variety of continuing care needs, from assisted to independent living. Forty detached bungalow units provide homes for independent living. On-site amenities include an indoor pool, library, salon, spa and a full dining and kitchen facility. Paric served as construction manager on the project. The Lawrence Group served as architect and provided the interior design for the project. The Stratford Companies operates continuing care retirement communities nationwide with corporate offices in St. Louis, Indianapolis, Nashville, and Denver.
